Okay, so somewhere along the lines your 18mo visit turned into your 20mo visit.
You were in great health. Height was 34" (2' 10") Weight was 23 lbs 10 1/2 ounces and your head circ. was 18". On the growth chart, you were in the 95% for height, 30% for weight and 85% for your head size. You received your DTAP shot today, which other than a really short crying fit, you did really well with.
